Can festival drug deaths be curbed?

It has been another summer with the festival season being marred by more young deaths. Three people have died and it leaves us to wonder how and why the same tragedy plays out every year when the weather heats up.
Professor Jason White, Chair of the World Health Organisation Expert Committee on Drug Dependence joined Nick and Ian on Breakfast to talk about the issue of party drugs at music festivals.
