The purchase and proposed upgrade of the Whyalla Steelworks by the British-based industrialist Sanjeev Gupta, has given a sense of hope to the local community. Michael O’Neil, Executive Director at the SA Centre for Economic Studies discussed with Tom and Zoe the future potential for the regional city.
