Higher education barriers for asylum seekers

Thousands of people seeking asylum in Australia are keen to access higher education in order to resettle and contribute to Australian society, however just over 200 have been able to study at a university.
Rachel Burke, Applied Linguist and researcher in the School of Education at the University of Newcastle joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann to discuss more.
