Organics to fertiliser at the press of a button with Vita Char

Effective composting of food waste and other organics can be difficult for householders and businesses alike. University of Adelaide graduates Ben Morton and Lewis Dunnigan have designed Vita Char to address this, a solution that recently won the Australian echallenge competition. Barometer’s Sue Reece spoke with Lewis and Ben.
