41% of Australians Believe Women Make Up Sexual Assault Allegations

In the last week, results from the 2018 National Community Attitudes towards Violence against Women Survey have shown that 1 in 4 Australians believe women lie about being victims of sexual abuse.
Dr Kristin Diemer, Senior Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne, joins Breakfast’s Zoe Kounadis to discuss this alarming statistic and more.
