Revolt. She Said. Revolt Again. is a new comedy flipping the script on sexual politics.
Tara Nash speaks with director Charles Sanders, who says they interviewed women from 14 to 93 to research Australian stories.
“It was a beautiful and heartening process,” he says.
“There was a strong sense of a lot of work to do in pursuit of a more equal society for women but really hopeful stories as well.
“It’s not an anti-man production but it does raise questions about privilege within the male community and within some of the examined stuff in various forms of feminism and various forms of women’s activism.”
