The 2018 Architecture and design sustainability awards were announced last month, and one local development that’s been recognised in these awards is the Princes Terrace Adelaide.

Kirrilee Hay speaks with Regional Development Manager of Defence Housing Australia, James Wallace about the building and it’s green star rating.
