The role of communities in a disability context

Many of us engage with various groups and communities – be they for fun or work – and each community can serve a different purpose in our lives.
JFA Purple Orange has released a report looking into the role of these Communities of Interest or Communities of Practice, in a disability context.
Policy and Research Leader, Mikaila Crotty, explains to Small Change‘s Lisa Burns why she and her team decided to look into these communities, and the examples that exist through the peer support network at JFA Purple Orange.
