Seismic Testing in the Bight

Petroleum Geo-Services (PGS) Australia, a subsidiary of Norwegian oil exploration company PGS, has missed another deadline for the submission of its plans. The national offshore oil and gas regulator has granted PGS multiple extensions and appears to be giving it another in what has become a long drawn out process.
