Resurgence in silicosis cases
Posted on: Fri 2 Nov 2018

Silicosis is contracted through the inhalation of the silica dust found in products like bricks, concrete and sand, making workers in the mining and construction industries most vulnerable to develop the disease.
Doctor Robert Edwards joins Zoe Kounadis to discuss why the number of silicosis cases is increasing and how workers can prevent the disease.
