Minda’s social enterprise cafe opens

Minda‘s INC Café is a social enterprise which recently opened its doors to the public.
The café provides employment for people of all abilities and every purchase is invested back into supporting people with disability.
Minda Manager, Marcus Gehrig, and Café Manager, Darcy Constantine, speak to Small Change‘s Lisa Burns about the inspiration behind and development of the café, the feedback they’ve received from the wider community, and what it means for clients to learn new skills and be a part of a supportive work environment.
