First national conference on loneliness
Posted on: Fri 2 Nov 2018
The first national conference on loneliness in Australia will be held on November 13th.
The Australian Loneliness Dialogue is presented by Friends for Good, and its aim is to bring people together to better understand loneliness in our communities, raise the profile of this issue and to develop recommendations for actions required by government, policy makers and practitioners.
Co-founder of Friends for Good, Patricia Lauria, speaks to Small Change‘s Lisa Burns about the conference and the services and resources that Friends for Good has developed for communities.
