Big fish & small ponds in Bordertown

South Australian playwright Matt Hawkins is presenting a staged reading of his new play, Bordertown next weekend at the Bakehouse Theatre. Lisa caught up with Matt to discuss the work, its themes and his ongoing involvement with the South Australian Playwrights Theatre, a company concerned with providing a platform to both emerging and established playwrights in this state.
In collaboration with Flinders University, SA Playwrights Theatre has set aside Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th October at the Bakehouse Theatre for New Voices, a showcase of emerging storytelling talent from the Flinders University Screen & Media students. Click here for more information.
