Labour Hire Licensing Scheme

On Friday 21 September, South Australian Attorney-General, Vicki Chapman, announced the State Government will seek to repeal the Labour Hire Licensing Scheme which came into force earlier this year.
The State Government and organisations such as Business SA say the rules unfairly target businesses however the plan has been met with criticism from Unions SA and the state opposition.
Unions SA State Secretary, Joe Szakacs, joins Nick and Ian on Breakfast to discuss the potential impact of repealing this scheme.
