New Zealand Government yet to make up its mind

The government of New Zealand is unable to make up its mind about the refugee quota.
Prime Minister Jacinda Arden and deputy Winston Peters have publicly disagreed on the quota.
Now the government has done a turn around on the policy and have announced the quota will increase to 1500 a year by 2020.
