Today is the 17th anniversary of the attacks on the World Trade Centre in Manhattan, New York.
It was a day remembered vividly by all, 2,996 people died in the attacks when four commercial passenger planes were hijacked – two of which were flown into each of the towers, one into the Pentagon and one plane crashed into a field in Pennsylvania after the plane was re-taken by the passengers.
