Energy Price Cap – Guy Dundas

Over the last decade the cost of energy in Australia has increased steadily and on Monday, Malcolm Turnbull responded to consumer dissatisfaction through the adoption of a ‘default offer’ energy plan. Guy Dundas, Energy Fellow with the Grattan Institute discussed the plan with Tom and Zoe.
