Fighting Food Waste

Food waste is rapidly emerging as a major Australian and global problem. A combination of federal and industry funding has created a Fight Food Waste Cooperative Research Centre, based at the University of Adelaide’s Waite Campus, the largest concentration of agriculture, food and wine research expertise in the southern hemisphere. Barometer’s Sue Reece spoke with Professor Andrew Lowe from the University of Adelaide.
