Brotherhood of St Laurence has released a new report, which maps the 20 worst “hotspot” regions for youth unemployment around Australia, in 2018.
Included in the 20 regions are suburbs in the Southern, Western and Northern metro regions of Adelaide, and the State’s South East, which have youth unemployment rates between 13 and 18 per cent.
Farah Farouque from the Brotherhood of St Laurence explains the findings to Small Change’s Lisa Burns.
