Forum to explore economics of proposed company tax cut

The Australia Institute is presenting a public forum on the economics of the proposed company tax cut and the importance of safeguarding and building a strong revenue base for the nation.
The forum is called ‘How would you spend $65 billion’ and Executive Director, Ben Oquist, speaks to Small Change‘s Ross Womersley about the forum, the Institute’s open letter calling on political leaders to reject tax cuts, the ATO’s latest data on how tax much Australian companies pay, and why discussions on tax reform often don’t lead to action.
