RetroSuburbia – that’s the title of the latest book on Permaculture by David Holmgren, one of its founders.
Subtitle? The Downshifter’s Guide to a Resilient Future.
It’s not a political manifesto, but it could easily be one, as it links to many of the major social and political issues of our time.
David Holmgren speaks on Gastronaut before a visit to The Food Forest near Gawler, perhaps the prime practical demonstration of permaculture.
