‘Valour and Violets’ launch

It was a case of all seats filled at the historic Torrens Training Depot in Adelaide for the launch of Valour and Violets. The book, by Robert Kearney and Sharon Cleary, details, for the first time, the impact of World War One from a South Australian perspective. Not just about the troops who served, but their families and communities as well.
We ask Martin Hamilton-Smith MP, Laurie Lewis AM, Tim Hanna AM, Michael Von Berg OAM, Sharyn Roberts, Chris Roe and Paula Dabovich for their views of the book and its relevance.
