Our own legend of country music, Wally Sparrow, sadly passed away on Monday morning.
As host of Country Brekky on Saturday mornings for many years, Wally was a champion of country music and an enormous contributor to Radio Adelaide. He will be greatly missed by his many and loyal listeners. No other presenter had as many regular callers as Wally.
Wally’s co-host Fred Payne was joined by former host Tammy Wellman to present a special tribute edition of Country Brekky on Saturday, 25 November. Listen back here.
