Expanded Police Powers Protest

New powers have been granted to SAPOL which apply to the precinct bounded by Currie Street, West Terrace, North Terrace and King William Street.
A protest was organised on Friday 10 November, arguing the expanded powers will dis-proportionately impact on aboriginal people, young people, poor people and the homeless.
