Behind most artists who make it to the ARIA stage is a dedicated music teacher.
ARIA and The Song Room are giving the nominated teachers the opportunity to win the inaugural ARIA Music Teacher Of The Year Award sponsored by Telstra.
Mrs McCarthy, a local music teacher from Woodcroft College in Morphett Vale South Australia has been nominated by her students and been successful in the first rounds of the award. She is now one of four finalists who deserves your vote!
