Feeling left behind as services migrate to online world

Rob Foggo has been working in the social services sector for over 35 years and has a deep understanding of the issues facing regional communities.
His most recent role was as CEO for ac.care, which provides services to people in the South East and Riverland.
But when it comes to digital technologies and accessing services as they migrate to the online world, he feels as though he’s being left behind.
He sat down with Small Change’s Ross Womersley for a chat about his own experiences with digital access and the impacts on regional communities.
