Too often, too many of us fall victim to overindulging in alcohol. Aside from the occasional hungover, what is the impact of this?
Fundraising events such as Ocsober, encourage people to abstain from booze for the month, to improve their own health, as well as supporting drug and alcohol education in schools. But how beneficial are these programs?
