Foster care program aiming to keep families together

In South Australia, there are over 2,000 people who have the important responsibility of acting as a foster or kinship carer.
Rachel Kemish is the Manager for the Specialist Family Preservation Foster Care program at Centacare.
To mark Foster and Kinship Carer’s Week 2017, she joined Small Change’s Lisa Burns for a chat about the program, the families it supports and the kinds of people who take up the role as foster and kinship carers.
