Ballot papers have been arriving in our mailboxes this week for the Equal Marriage postal survey in Australia. But there is still some uncertainty surrounding the whole plebiscite/postal survey.
So, can we put glitter in our ballot envelopes? Will the question be phrased in a misleading way?
