The Liberal Party has been under much scrutiny since the spill, which caused many female members of the party to speak out against bullying they had encountered.
This caused a spotlight to be shone on the lack of diversity within the party. Discrimination clearly can happen, and is happening in all sorts of workplaces, but how do we tackle it.
Lucy Taksa, co-director of the Centre for Workforce Futures at Macquarie University, joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann to discuss what is wrong with our current approach to discrimination.
