New Drowning Report a Sobering Reminder

New information has been released from the Royal Life Saving and Surf Life Saving National Drowning Report showing some alarming statistics of increased drownings, particularly in closed off waterways.

Operations Manager at Royal Life Saving in South Australia, Jake Culkin, joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann to tell us more about the report.
