SA Activists Protecting Tarkanya

Tarkanya, or the Tarkine, is the site of a concerted action spearheaded by the Bob Brown Foundation, to prevent Chinese company MMG from building a road, and then a huge tailings dam, within this area of previously untouched rainforest. Two women from South Australia recently returned from this blockade, and related their experience to Nicky Page during Radio Adelaide’s packed lunch program.
