Government Carbon Credit Scheme ‘Sham’

Professor Andrew Macintosh, Associate Dean ANU College of Law, and former head of the Emissions Reduction Assurance Committee, has now initiated a critique of the carbon credit scheme, which he claims is largely wasting taxpayers’ money, by paying for credits that are not achieving emissions reduction. He spoke to Barometer’s Barry Mitchell
