Peter Jesser: The PIB & mental health

The Papuan Infantry Battalion of WW2 witnessed many atrocities committed by the Japanese invaders.  How did they deal with it?  What happened after the war?   Peter says that a golden opportunity was missed by PNG after the war to involve PIB Veterans in the leadership of their country. Why?
