Swift Action Needed to Save Parrot

The Swift Parrot is classified as critically endangered, with only 750 individuals left in the wild. The problem? Logging Tasmania’s old growth forests deprives the parrot of the habitat it needs to breed. Dr Jennifer Sanger, of ‘TheTreeProjects’ has come up with a solution that would preserve sufficient habitat, and it does not deprive logging companies of timber they need.
