What does ACT’s new anti-stealthing law mean for Australia?

The ACT set a legal precedent back in October by becoming the first jurisdiction in Australia to outlaw the non-consensual removed of a condom during sex, otherwise known as ‘stealthing’.

Senior lecturer of Criminology and Justice at RMIT, Dr. Brianna Chesser joined us to explain how this law might impact the rest of the country.
