Who Save the World? Girls

At the most recent COP26 climate change conference, an entire day was dedicated to discussing gender equality as experts increasingly suggest that educating girls will make a big impact in the fight against climate change.

Not only will climate change uniquely impact women, but it will also threaten access to education as the crisis worsens.

Katrina Lee-Koo, an Associate Professor of International Relations at Monash University, joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann to discuss why it is so important for girls to be provided with equitable access to adequate education.
