Why Do Australians Disapprove of the Spooky Season

Posted on: Thu 4 Nov 2021

America are known as the country to have made Halloween what it is today, and the spooky holiday is quickly being adopted by Australians.

Kids and adults alike are dressing up in elaborate costumes on October 31st to celebrate the tradition after seeing the ritual in all its glory in American films and television.

However, there are still a lot of Aussies who refuse to take part in the celebrations.

Is it because of the fact some people aren’t receptive of the American culture, or just because they don’t find the whole concept enjoyable?
