Anti-Stealthing Legislation
Posted on: Wed 13 Oct 2021
Legislation in the ACT was passed recently which outlaws the non-consensual removal of a condom; becoming both the first in Australia and even the world to do so.

Senior Lecturer in Criminology and Justice at RMIT University, Dr Brianna Chesser joins Breakfasts Zoe Kounadis and Tom Man us to learn more about this new legislation.
