Santos taken to court for allegedly misleading shareholders.

The Australasian Centre for Corporate Responsibility (ACCR) has, through the Environmental Defenders’ Office, filed a court case against Santos, claiming that the company engaged or is engaging in misleading or deceptive conduct, related to its claims about ‘clean energy’ and its claims about its zero emissions target. Barry Mitchell spoke to Dan Gocher from the ACCR.
