Solar Export Charge – Coming Soon?

The Australian Energy Market Commission has proposed that owners of domestic solar systems should be charged for exporting power to the grid at certain times, when there is excess energy in the system. Some social service groups agree. The decision will be made soon. Barry Mitchell spoke to Stephanie Graf from Solar Citizens about this proposal and its fairness, or otherwise.
