Screens Review – Moon Rock for Monday

Moon Rock for Monday is a new Australian road-trip film. written and directed by Kurt Martin as his debut feature.

The story follows a terminally-ill nine-year-old and a sixteen-year-old street kid who meet in a chance encounter and set out on a journey to find a ‘moon rock’ they believe has healing powers.

The film stars George Pullar, Aaron Jeffery, and Karina Banno.  

Screens reviewer Aimee Knight discusses her impressions of the film with Breakfast’s Tom Mann.
