Numeracy and literacy is as important as ever in school.

But technology can change the way we learn and the weight of importance on certain aspects.

Artificial intelligence is already taking over aspects of our writing and will only become more useful in the coming years, so what impact will this have on the school children of the future.

Dr Lucinda McKnight, Senior Lecturer in Pedagogy and Curriculum at Deakin University, joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann and Paul Davies to discuss.
