Environment Law in Limbo

The Samuel Review into Australia’s Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (EPBC) Act has finally been released by the Federal Government, 3 months after it was completed, but it is unclear which, if any, of its recommendations on how to make it work to actually protect our native species and habitats, will be implemented. Barry Mitchell spoke to Suzanne Milthorpe, Nature Conservation campaigner at the Wilderness Society.
