On this day in history;
In 1945, the big three allied leaders, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, U.S. President Franklin Roosevelt, and Soviet leader Joseph Stalin met at Yalta to make final plans for the defeat of Nazi Germany.
In 1778, Articles of Confederation were ratified by a 2nd state, South Carolina.
