This time of year is synonymous with the blossoming of jacarandas.

You’ve already been down streets that are lined with these vibrant flowers, but you’ve likely never thought too deeply about their origins or their environmental impact.

Gregory Moore, Doctor of Botany from the University of Melbourne joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann and Zoe Kounadis to explore this iconic flora.
