Erwin Jackson is Director of Policy at the Investor Group on Climate Change, which represents institutional investors. The IGCC aims to encourage government policies and investment practices that address the risks and opportunities of climate change, and has just released a policy update which suggests that Australia could be missing out on billions of dollars of investment through not having a forward-looking climate policy, or firm targets.
