Understanding our shared history at Apology Breakfast

Posted on: Thu 30 Jan 2020

Reconciliation SA is next month holding its annual Apology Breakfast to honour survivors of the Stolen Generations.

The Breakfast features a range of performances and presentations that also aims to inform the wider community about historical and contemporary matters relating to the Stolen Generations.

This year’s event will feature a special commemorative dance performance from Yellaka, based upon a poem by Ali Cobby-Eckermann, Circles and Squares.

Reconciliation SA Executive Director, Shona Reid, joined Bonnie Parker on Small Change to discuss the Breakfast and her first year in her leadership role.
