Karma Dance are queering traditional dance forms. Well, re-queering. Govind and Raina are melding new perspectives and reviving old ones to give us Bent Bollywood, which explores the intersections of queerness and eroticism in traditional Indian dance forms, throwing in a dash of Bollywood camp while they’re at it. Mark caught up with Govind and Raina to chat about the show, and what audience responses have been like.
