Coping With Cancer

The Cancer Council has been working on a new initiative aiming to help those affected by coping with cancer, by receiving emotional support. Furthermore, academic research from the Cleveland Clinic shows that a type of gut bacteria could be associated with certain cancers.

And did you know you can change you gut bacteria by having a ‘poo transplant’..?

Rohan Neagle from Radio Adelaide’s Subatomic also shared a story about the relation between chemotherapy and hair loss, and different way research is progressing towards lessening this side affect.

Rohan joined Breakfast presenter Tom Jordan to discuss the stories further.
